live with Lupus, Diabetes, MS, Fibromyalgia and Organ Transplant and Cancers just to name a few!
You will find many people that are just like yourself, living day to day with these chronic illnesses.
We share tips and tricks for daily living and surviving.
We share stories, ideas, we vent our frustrations and laugh and cry together!
We share uplifting poems and thoughts for the day.
We share Spiritual readings not religious.
We do ask to stay away from the topics of religion and politics.
Once weekly we share our GRATEFUL LIST... Listing things we are grateful for
And Sunday is BRAG DAY...Where we brag about ourselves.
We have a new topic each week the members choose the topics. Each new topic starts on Thursdays
of every week.
We have Roll Call once a month
the first day of every month we will post a roll call
to check in and let us know
how you are doing and if any changes
need to be made
with email addresses or if you are going
out of town and need to be put on no mail.
We do ask for everyone to be on daily mail
or on digest mail
we ask this because if you join a group you should participate or why join? Right? :)
If you are going to be gone or if you are sick,
and not able to email
then just let us know
and we will put you on no mail until you return.
We know everyone has a life and we cannot
always be online.
We ask everyone to post at least once a week
to check in with us.
We would love to hear from you more often
but once a week is good so we can know who is still in the group and how the members are doing.
